I just received a dell c6100. Purchased off ebay. I am currently only setting up one node right now, so I powered the other 3 nodes off. At some point in the day, when I come back from work, I noticed that the other nodes have power themselves up. I do not have anything plugged into the other nodes. Is there a setting in the bios or other software that would be the cause of this?

More context on this - servers are meant to be on all the time. Most people have them set to turn on if power fails so that they boot back up if power ever goes down. Even trickier, I think the C6100 has a delayed start for the nodes to even out power load.
