Just saw these. Might be picking some up. I guess the C6220's are coming off lease so these are coming up. Sub $300 even with the bridge PCb. Two links:

Dell 10GbE Dual Port SFP Ethernet Network MEZZANINE TCK99 X53DF C6100 C6220 | eBay

Dell X53DF Dual Port 10GE MEZZANINE Card TCK99 C6100 C6220 | eBay
I have two of these cards that I was planning to eBay for $150. Let me know if you would like them.

Of note: Only the $277 auction includes the metal cage that attaches to the c6100 sled. The $279 auction does not, so ignore that auction. You can cut your own holes to make a mounting, but it's important to understand that it does require some work. My cards also lack the metal cage, which is why I think that they are only worth between $150 and $200.

The TCK99s (10gbe mezz card) show up from time to time. I do t think theae prices are all that good. I got 4 of them - brand new sealed Dell bozes with all mounting hardware - a few montha ago for $200/ea.

If either of these sellers are taking offers give it a try @ $200 or less.

Careful with ES E5 processors. Not all motherboards will except them and some features such as VT-d are turned off.

This is exactly right! Also, some motherboards may accept only with older BIOS versions that do not support Windows 8/ 2012.
