Eh, the SoC doesn't have enough PCIe lanes to run the NICs and the 4 NVMe drives (which needs a USB-A port to run the fan), and it's just...self throttling? Eh, can't CWWK tap the 5v rail in a more elegant fashion and NOT use up a port?
Oh well, if it's cheap at least it can absorb a bunch of sloppy seconds from retired laptops in the ol' corporate fleet and be (marginally) useful.
