CWWK null support

Good morning, has anyone had problems with CWWK?
When I purchased the product, they didn't respond to an email asking for motherboard identification. Now I've purchased a component, and they sent me the wrong one. They don't even respond to the chat or emails. I can't even log into my account; I haven't received the Shopify two-step verification code to file a claim.
Someone has had to support and have encountered the same?

I have not actually bought anything from them yet so can't speak to post-sales experience. However, I asked them a random question about a Q670 board via their web site, and they not only replied within 48 hours, they sent me a coupon.

I've ordered P6 Development Board directly from the CWWK site around Jun-18. This model supposedly should not have a full enclosure, but just 4 standoffs and a slim heat spreader on top. Yesterday received a package with a fully enclosed model. The board and the CPU inside are correct though - it's P6 with N355, just like I've ordered. Now I'm trying to figure out in chat if they even have these bare bones dev boards. Previously, the person in the chat was responsive (given the timezone difference, EST vs HKT), so will see how it'll go this time.

Upd: after talking a bit in the chat I've got a new tracking number for shipment, including the missing parts from the original dev board - the standoffs and the top radiator. So far the support seems to be okay.
