Ordered one of their bare bones SC846's off eBay. Already had the backplane and PSU's so all I needed was the box. It arrived with a dent in the front with the metal pushing down on one of the trays and the mid fans were missing. I emailed them pics of the damage and they offered a $50 refund and would ship the fans. I accepted. 
The dent was satisfactorily repaired with a paid of channel locks and they did indeed refund the money and ship the fans. The dent is hardly noticeable now and the tray slides in and out like butter. I think they handled this problem pretty well and would buy from them again.
