Hello!
I am have server Supermicro X10SRH-CF board with integrated LSI 3008 IT mode controller and case CS-743TQ backplane SAS-743TQ rev 3.00. To backplane connect 6 sata disk, backplane connect to HBA adapter with cable LSI00411 (L5-00221-00).

Configure backplane for SGPIO mode (get config from manual on backplane):
JP33 - 1-2
JP34 - 1-2
JP36 - 1-2
JP37 - 1-2
JP38 - open
JP-40 - closed
JP41 - closed
JP42 - 1-2
JP43 - 1-2
JP50 - open
Pin number start from right?

and when connect sideband cables to backplane HBA card initialize disk like slot 31,30,30,29,29,28. When disconnect sideband cable from backplane disk initialize correct to slot numbers 7,6,5,4,2,1.
Is this a some problem with sideband cables or with config backplane?

So this was sideband cable.
Supermicro have pinout sideband connector like Adaptec, LSI has different pinout.
LSI00411 (L5-00221-00)
SB pin/SFF-8643 pin/Definition
2 - B1 - SB31 - D1 - SB5
4 - B2 - SB13 - C1 - SB4
6 - A1 - SB75 - D2 - SB6
8 - A2 - SB07 - C2 - SB2

Adaptec 2280000-R/Supermicro
SB pin/SFF-8643 pin/Definition
2 - D1 - SB51 - D2 - SB6
4 - C1 - SB43 - C2 - SB2
6 - B1 - SB35 - B2 - SB1
8 - A1 - SB77 - A2 - SB0

Just swap pins to right position and SGPIO work correct - disk initialize in right positions and locate work's.
