CPU and Mobo for ESXI

Hi,

I am building a new server for ESXI and i will have a server 2016, an ark server with 5 players, ubuntu, centos, and a windows 10 at least.

What kind of cpu and motherboard i would need my budget is approx 300cad(less if possible)

I have enough ram, hard drive, etc. for my needs

I really like used X9SRL-F or X10SRL-F boards as they are pretty decent value, and will fit into any ATX case just fine, and come with IPMI so you can manage them remotely without a monitor :)

CPU would depend on whether you need lots of cores, or higher frequency with less cores.
If you just want it up and running cheaply you can even do anE5-1603 v1 for less than $10.
It's only 4 cores @ 2.8Ghz, but if that's all you need it's incredibly cheap and useful :D
