So I bought an IBM ServeRAIDM5016 which is basically an LSI 9265-8i and want to flash it to IT mode, but I'm a little confused as to which Firmware is the correct one. I read somewhere that the IBM cards are not compatible with the LSI firmware, but I can't find a working download link for the ServeRAID5016. Does IBM even support IT mode on these cards? When I searched for an LSI 9265-8i firmware, I only found one for the LSI 9211-8i, but I don't know if they are compatible.
Can someone please tell me where I can find the right firmware.
