Cisco n3k too loud, silent alternatives

Hi,

I am having problems with a Cisco 3172tq switch and its loudness.
Are there valid quiter solutions, with 48 10gb copper ports?

Most Datacenter grade switches that I've worked with from both Cisco/Juniper are usually fairly loud (if you put it on a desk next to you)

I am thinking you might want to check out small business switches from dell, netgear, ubiquity and other similar vendors as those products often time are usually less noisy when compared to the enterprise counterpart.
