Surprise #2 GOogle results often come to this site for such searches, so asking on here is very appropriate i'd say.

This is a community discussion, you know to answer/ask questions and discuss things. I wanted to discuss with you not "google something" about someone elses experience etc...

But, you've now made it clear you don't have anything to contribute due to your lack of experience with the topic, in which case I guess googling it would be my best bet.

I was asking about YOUR experience.

I wanted YOUR first hand, real world experience.

I didn't ask for any research or data, I simply wanted your take on frequency vs core in your environment and what you noticed and any info you had to back that up (benchs/tests/other persons same results, etc). From what I see ppl suggest frequency for faster processing, although it DOES scale to cores well.


Instead you give me sarcasm and a link to a mailing list that's broken... thanks!
