Hello, recently got some rural property in the middle of the US. No broadband available and we're probably out 4-5 months on Starlink. I have some networking in my background, but I don't know anything wireless or cellular. I was told to look into products made by Cradlepoint. It appears they have some dual sim capability and can load balance (Example: One on Verizon, one on Sprint). I would also prefer to have an external antenna if possible due to hilly terrain. Any cellular experts here that point me in the right direction for more information or products I should look at?

Use case: Casual browsing, wife works from home on shared spreadsheets and some video conferencing, some mining, some self hosted iot. Obviously I'll need a managed device for port forwarding. Something I can flash with an open source router software down the road would be a huge plus, but not necessary. Thanks for any advice!
