So i am unable to login with IPMI on the H11SSL to control the fan speed ramping up and down. Im guessing I have to reset the password but board is new or at least was supposed to be new from Amazon. Message just says Break

check the sticker on the board, the password is on there or on the CPU protective cover. The username is still ADMIN. You will need IPMItools to change the fan behavior - How To: Change IPMI Sensor Thresholds using ipmiutil
Thx for telling about IPMIUtil! I ended resetting the PWD using IMPICFG and can at least get in now with IPMI.
