FIXED: I fixed my problem by flashing 9205-8e firmware...

---------

as above.

I am using P14 sas2flash with P20 firmware and this is what I get. I had another HP 22x in the past and never had this problem.
any ideas on how to fix?

I have already erased my card and most guides says not to reboot?

Thanks!

That seems right not 100% sure if the -o is required for a oem card (my dell H310 SAS2008 card needed "sas2flash.efi -o -f 6GBPSAS.FW")
but, this was what I used for my Supermicro onboard:
Code:
sas2flash.efi -o -e 7
sas2flash.efi -f 2308IT20.ROM
sas2flash.efi -b mptsas2.rom
sas2flash.efi -b x64sas2.rom
sas2flash.efi -o -sasaddhi XXXXXXX
That said I think I did that to my dell oem card the first try I think, I believe this process I used it to get back to recognizable to try again: https://forums.servethehome.com/ind...lsi-2208-after-firmware-update-failure.13237/
