The one reviewed on STH with a USB-A connector is $30 on Amazon while this one with a USB-C connector is $20. The only difference is the type of USB connector

I'm curious if you guys are able to get 2.35Gbps on iperf on Windows. I've tried laptop-to-laptop, laptop-2-dongles-looped-back, laptop-to-desktop and desktop-2-dongles-looped-back and it has always been below 2Gbps. Linux gives me 2.35Gbps every time.

Is Realtek the only company that does USB-to-2.5GbE chips?
