C6100 IPMI stop respoding over time

I've had my C6100 setup and configured a few months back, I've updated the firmware and followed many different guides available in the forum and everything was Dandy. However, just recently I've noticed that the IPMI on the nodes stop responding to ip traffic over time. It would work after a reboot then a few days later it would stop responding to ping. Accessing the hardware info from ESXI console, the IPMI seems to be working fine, and the IP Address is listed as being active.
Just curious if anyone had experienced this issue before? and if there's a way to fix it ?
