Yep.. way high. But @$340 shipped it was still pretty cheap for SAS3

unless there's an issue with having 6x SAS connectors, I think the 846A is usually cheaper.. i've bought a few off ebay for about $200 shipped. 846A will work with SAS3.

Certainly, but it’s 3.5” and I’m going to stick it in a disk shelf that also has BPN-SAS3-213A’s in it.. starts to require a lot of HBA’s..
