Just picked up a 400gb PX02SMF040 he had for $99.99, as well. I have a couple of the 800gb version. No idea what I'm going to do with it...

Aargh! Gosh hecking darn it! I just made a big purchase over the weekend and I'm strapped for cash for a while or else I'd grab a bunch of these. Shame that they went up in price, still very good deal though.

Bastard, he's up to $149 now, I am no ebay aficionado, semi-proficient prowess but how in the hell are they able to go change/increase price? Do they have to go close out old listing and re-create a new one? How's that work in a scenario like this we see playing out?

Hope he doesnt try to pull some shady move and not honor his listing or say he ran out and refund. I will be livid :-(

@whitey you can change the price any time as well as other revisions such as description, quantity avail, etc...

He's only sold 8 in 2 hours or so since jacking the price... not a ton like the previous 2 :)

It's called supply and demand. There's a finite supply and a lot of demand, so the price goes up. If you don't like the price, don't buy it. Maybe the price will come back down, maybe other people will decide it's still a good buy at the higher price.

Concur, I got 8, was hoping he'd stick to pricepoint and more here would get in on deal.

Just looking out for my homies/crew :-D

I know right! I was stoked to spot these, was just thinking last week I sure could use the 400GB models over my 200GB models. Perfect timing!
I'm really glad I picked up 6 of these @$99 each. Even though I'm still waiting for the new FlexATX Xeon D boards to start my vSAN cluster build these will be perfect!
