Better heatsink for the Dell PowerEdge T140? Get the T340 heatsink!

Hi all,
I have a Dell T140 and this thing has been running like a champ with my 8C/16T E-2278G.
The 95W heatsink for the T140 seems unobtainable outside of Asia.. does anyone know
of a heatsink which would fit (and on which I could retrofit the current cpu fan)?
The socket is 1151 but in typical Dell fashion, the pinout might be semi-proprietary.
Any suggestions?

Answering my own question:
I got a standard T330/T340 heatsink (Dell P/N: 5D65X) and my CPU temps dropped by +-20C. The old thermal paste was all dried up and I applied some Noctua NT-H2 I had (always have some handy!).

Now my 8C Xeon is only reaching 60C max (instead of 78C).
Can't wait to see the results with your shroud and the fan properly affixed (the connector for the T140 FAN is different from anything I've seen before so I did not bother trying to change it. I will swap out the case fan later..

The CPU fan is only resting against the heatsink at the moment but since I am now using the same heatsink as @thefizi in his T340, I'm gonna find a way to 3d print his heatsink shroud to make airflow even better:

Latest update:
I managed to source the '95W T340 heatsink' from NZ (thanks to a friend who lives there) and the numbers are even lower. Here's a pic with the 95W heatsink for T340 (left) and the standard heatsink for T340 (right). Both work well in my T140 (not a typo):
