Do you have a tracking eBay tracking tool that you use?
I'll get the thread started, here are some good deals I found over the past two or so years.
Btw- If i'm looking for something specific (usually need a specific model number), and i have time to wait, ill use the iOS app BayWatch (and pay the 15$ or so a year for it). It can alert you as soon as something comes up on ebay (but it does take some tweaking to get it to be accurate, it does work once you have it set right though).
Some deals i've gotten , not via that ios app btw, just searching/looking. (shipped price)-

X10 SRL-F / 1 x E5 2620 V3 CPU / 4 x 16 GB GB ddr4 ECC mem (64g!) / ( w 2 power supplies) - $310 (1 mo. ago)
+ 3x Axis p3225-lve mkii (ip camera) ~$50 each (49$ ea from 1 seller, then a mo. later 65$ from another seller) - both sellers must have thought these were analog dome cams, as these sell all day on ebay for 300-400$ used. (about 12 mo ago)
+ 6x 200gb HGST sas3 SSDs , $150 ( about 3 months ago)
+ (ok deal) - 3u 16bay SM / x9dre-ln4f+ / 2x 2640 v2 cpus / 16g ecc ram / sas2 el1 backplane ($290 - about 5 mo ago)
