Best app to restore and improve old photos

Hello!
Are there any apps that can restore old photos? I have some that have gotten a bit damaged over time. I also have a scanner to digitize them, but I’m looking for a program that can improve or restore them. Which one would you recommend?

I haven’t tried them myself, but I’ve read good reviews about a few tools: VanceAI Photo Restorer, an online AI that removes scratches and restores color, and PhotoGlory, a Windows program for restoring and colorizing old photos.
