Updating the post since there are some new ones and the review went up yesterday so we've got more info. And an afternoon update:

This is now up for $809-50 coupon for $759 here.
There is a 16GB RAM version for $799 - 80 coupon here as well. Maybe that's better if you want to go for a 64GB config?

This is the OP deal that's is $899-50. It was on Amazon lightning deal for $765 link [Dead]
The one that @Jeggs101 posted is now unavailable. I found this one for $809-50 so that is $759. [Dead]

I was looking for that Minisforum HX90 @Patrick reviewed. Any idea if this one is good @Patrick?

I love the form factor. It is a bit noisier than I prefer, but it also has a lot of cool features for a mini PC.

The video on this one will be out in the next day or two. I tried doing it in Germany but failed due to the #PretzelTour

Edit: @nihonjin it looks like that's our link

Hmmm, I think the HX90 is a better config, only 1 eth and 1 nvme, but 2x 2.5" SSD, imo.

Not to blow the video that is coming - but this one is a lot more compact. The goodness is I could throw it in my backpack. The negative is that it is a little louder under medium-high and high load than the HX90.

We also have a new CHUWI RZBOX that we will have a review of later this month with the 5800H.

July I expect to see Alder Lake Mini PCs.

And just to give you an idea how close the review is of this unit, if you want to wait, Alex is finishing the video edits tonight or tomorrow so the review will go live after that is done an it is uploaded.

It shipped at $714.15. The other listing is $850.

@Patrick where's the review? I was hoping to see it today.

Does anyone have experience with Plex transcoding and Ryzen? Is there any chance this would be a good machine for that? I see it has a ton of power and GPU on the cpu. I am tempted to buy two and use them for a vmware cluster even. Though i might have to use something else like proxmox if vmware doesnt like the hardware. But I need to replace my Plex VM that sits on a Dell R720 which doesn't do nearly the transcoding threads I expected it to.

The old rule has been no AMD for Plex. It sometimes works. Usually though, you want Intel iGPU. Second place NVIDIA NVENC. Then last place maybe AMD because sometimes it does HW transcode, sometimes it doesn't.

How's that video coming along?
It was supposed to be done Wed/Thursday, but Alex did not finish it this week. Instead, we got the emergency cheap 2.5GbE and 10GbE video that I just threw together. Hopefully, this one will be early in the week, but I was wrong last week. It is Alex's next finished video though.

Anyone able to get boost over 4GHz? I've got a couple HX90's that hit 3.9/4GHz, but never hit the boost cap of 4.6G.
