Balloon Service not showing correct RAM on Proxmox?

Hi,
I was wondering if someone else has had some issue installing the balloon service, whats odd is that it gets installed and the service is running but on the summary page on proxmox does not show the correct RAM, whats even more odd on the CPU of the windows server 2012r2 shows really high wmi, when i check on event viewer i see error client process ID 608 which i check on the service and its the balloon service. Any ideas?

Thanks for the reply, the first picture shows the service on windows that the Balloon service is turned on and running but whats odd when it turns on it starts eating the CPU for some odd reason using WMI, then i check the event log and see error which lead to the ballooning service. Not sure why As i have installed the balloon service on other windows no issue

The WMI event says that the query did not return or returned NULL. Try running the query shown in the event manually.

Thanks for the reply, when you say running the query manually not sure what you mean?
