Just bought the following SUPERMICRO MOTHERBOARD X9DRi-LN4F+ with two e5-2560s and I noticed that it takes 2x8PIN power rails.

Where do I find a power supply that is ATX based that offers that?

There are a fair amount of them out there. Another option is a "Y" cable. I do that on a couple boxes and it works well. Don't get the cheapest one you see, lower wire guage/awg is better.

My goto PSU for 2x8pin boards is EVGA GQ 750W, it's 80 plus gold rated, from a decent manufacturer and affordable.

While the Y cable solution is possible, I would be careful with it, especially when using high TDP CPUs.

I have a few Corsair HX850 and HX1050 they all come with dual 8 pin, downside is loads of PCI-E cables, the Corsair AX range have dual 8pin too or like others said use a Y splitter.

Yeah. Don't run more than 250w total TDP with a splitter and you will probably be ok. A pair of 2650's will likely work with a splitter.

I still recommend a proper dual plug PSU..
