Hi

For those interested in Xeon E5 V1/V2 Dual CPU low cost motherboards, this looks like an attractive offer.

The manual can be found here.

I have the D8 version of this board, it has been running rock-solid for nearly 5 years as a workstation.

I hope this helps.

I bought one of these a couple of weeks ago for $60. For the price range it’s a great deal. The heat sinks are throwaways though. Passive cooling wasn’t enough even with a very cool ambient temp.

These heatsinks may be called "passive", but they still need external fans to do their job ;)

I got one of these a few months back from the seller in the OP's Ebay link., I paid $60 as well as a BO.

There's 18 SATA ports, but an ASUS PIKE card is needed to activate/access the 8 ports (which can be SATA or SAS) on the board edge. I had a PIKE 2008 card already, but I believe they aren't too expensive on Ebay. My PIKE Card came as IR, but it took a reflash to P20 IT firmware without problem. The motherboard specifications page says it will also work with PIKE cards for LSI 2108, 2208 or 2308

Also, the BIOS in mine was old enough that I needed to start with a, E5-26xx "v1" CPU and do a BIOS upgrade before it would recognize "v2". The ASUS BMC/IPMI implementation in mine didn't support upgrading BIOS firmware, so I needed to do it from a USB with a v1 CPU.
