I want to share my experience with Intel Xeon SPR-SP ES2 D0 and motherboard ASUS Pro WS W790E-SAGE SE with chipset W790 for SPR-WS.

In BIOS: Asus Multicore Enhancement Enabled Remove all Limits for CPU, Water Cooling Profile for CPU, XMP1 for RAM
In Windows: High Performance Mode
In Device Manager is all fine, no problem. Everything works out of the box, instantly, without any issues

Default base 1.5GHz boost all cores 2.5GHz 270W TDP
With Windows High Performance Mode stable frequency +- 2.0GHz/2.1GHz, under load +- 2.5GHz/2.7GHz, idle +- 1.7GHz/2.0GHz (With Windows Balanced Mode Idle 800MHz)

2.Tested CPU: QYFS

Default base 1.9GHz boost all cores 2.8GHz 350W TDP
With Windows High Performance Mode stable frequency +- 2.5GHz-2.6GHz, under load allcore +- 2.7GHz/2,8GHz singlecore +- 3,6GHz/3,7GHz, idle +- 1.9GHz/2.0GHz, TDP +- 170W (With Windows Balanced Mode idle 800MHz TDP +-90W)
