Found this little guy on eBay; seems to be a fair bit below market. This is the lower-end model with a Core 3 100U, but that's still a 2P4E processor with two Thunderbolt 4 ports. Might make a nice little box, particularly when combined with a PCIe chassis.

I see 2 recent eBay auctions with memory and SSD included. $281 for 16GB/1TB and $330 for 32GB/2TB. I have lots of saved searches, but this is beyond my price range. Unless you have urgent need, I'd watch for better deals.

The problem I have with recent Intel SoC-style boxes is you have to spend hours trying to find the actual maximum power draw. The reported 15W TDP on the 100U just isn't possible if you are running all cores at 100%. Overall, it has a little more compute power than the 12450H box I already own, and that has an accurate 45W TDP for 100% CPU usage.

As @nmpu noted, there are other sales of the 100U boxes with better prices, and a 12450H box is $285 with 16GB/500GB. Having Thunderbolt 4 on the 100U is a bonus, but once you start tying one of these mini PCs to a Thunderbolt 4 dock and maybe external PCIe, you lose all the advantages of the space saving and might as well go for a slightly larger base box.
