I have S8030 and 7D13, and not work, PSP 0022 on bios. S8030GM2NE_BIOS-V4.02, S8030GM2NE_BIOS-V4.04 check.

100-000001005 27 PCIe lanes
on most motherboard the avail. PCIe lanes are not connected (only 2 or 1 usable)
reported to work on Huananzhi H12D-8D (no proof so far)

Hey I hate to necro this thread, but I have the OPN ending in 322 and I cant get a boot on H12D boards. Any idea where you got that report from?

From Goofish, a guy sell bios H12D work with EPYC 7D13 (322 and 1005, 578 he said not work). price is about 50 yuan for bios, and 100 yuan for turbo unlock
