with the fact you have second set of mainboard/CPU/RAM with same issue,
do you get the same set of LOG entries with the other ?
then i guess this is normal behave, or both have a big problem.

I didn't look at the log of the second set.
I assembled it and turned it on. I saw mirror behavior. Post code 22.
I turned it off. And decided to continue to deal with one set.
When I turn it on, there are post codes that pass.
Revenue to AO. This means that all post codes that are responsible for the motherboard have been passed. As I understand it.
Then several post codes and 22.

if you not get 22 without Memory, the BIOS stops at memory init.

i hope your 9554s are not vendor locked. if so you get 22 codes too.
