K14PA-U12 supports retail CPU with any BIOS.

BIOS version shown in BMC is updated by/after successfull POST.
no POST = old BIOS version.

you need to sort out the bad part now.
maybe your CPU is bad, or bad motherboard, or bad installation.

the same post code 22. exactly the same on the screen it says initialization.
I took out the whole map. Turned it on. got post code 10.
I called the local service. They immediately said that it sees the memory but can't initialize.
the "old DRAM vendor detected" issue is: the memory works but BIOS reject to work with it, just stop.
