Hi.Forgive my poor english
My motherboard is ASRockrack AM5D4ID. It works quite well after buliding complete. But after moving the case, the PC suddenly lost power and started to restart infinitely, and restarting about every ten seconds. After restarting several times, the PC entered the post. Through the onboard VGA, I can see that the motherboard is stuck at the ASRockrack logo. Whether I press F2 to enter the BIOS or wait to enter the OS, it will be stuck after a few seconds. Another strange thing is that the fan connected to the motherboard can only work when the power is completely off and restarted. It stops a few seconds after the post. If the power is not turned off and restarted, it will not work even when it is turned on. The PC will overheat and shut down automatically after a few minutes. I tried to manually adjust the fan speed through IPMI, but the heartbeat light of the BMC is always on. According to the manual, the always-on state means that it is being initialized. While the BMC IP is also completely invisible in the router background, and it doesn't work no matter how long I wait. As a result, I can't manually adjust the fan speed through remote IPMI.
There are two questions I want to ask at present:
1. I have replaced the power supply, memory, cleared CMOS, plugged and unplugged all the pins on the motherboard, and took the motherboard out of the case for independent testing, but it didn't work. Does this mean there is a problem with the motherboard?
2. What is the most likely cause of the current failure? Because I bought this motherboard from Newegg, and I live in China, if I want warranty, I can only go through TW or US for after-sales service, which takes a very long time, so I still want to solve it by myself.
Please give me some suggestions. THX!
PS: When the monitor shows picture 1, the fan stops working. Then stuck at picture 2.
