From the Asrock Rack TURIN2D16-2T Quick installation guide I see I need to unscrew and remove standoffs from the chassis, under the motherboard, but ...

I can't see any standoffs above or under all the Asrock Rack TURIN2D16-2T motherboards I have:

I did however notice that I wasn't able to tighten the screw on one of the case standoffs for the motherboards, it kept turning but not tightened.

Any idea what standoffs the Quick installation guide is talking about?

I'm all but certain that page is a bit redundant and only matters if your case has standoffs in that area.

It's an SSI-EEB board, most cases come with E-ATX standoff positions. Normally you just have some more standoffs for SSI-EEB but I guess the warning comes from a custom layout where one or more standoff positions are omitted. So you have to look if your case has standoffs in locations the board does not have a monting hole. Also be sure that standoffs are in all the right places, chances are your screw does not tighten because there is no standoff under your motherboard.

Chassis mean case. Look in the case, not the back of the motherboard. Not all chassis have all of the standoffs. Asrock is just reminding you that some cases *MAY* have standoffs there, not that it *WILL* have standoffs there.
