Hi. A strange defect was found on the new motherboard. I ran memory tests in the Memtest86 Free program. Memory - 14 pieces of Micron DDR4 ECC 16 GB 3200 MHz. 8 tests passed without errors, and on the ninth something happened - thousands of errors immediately appeared and the test stopped (see screenshot). After the reboot, the memory bars in slots J and I stopped being read correctly, and in J it doesn't work at all, and in I sometimes it does, sometimes it doesn't. I changed the processors, put another memory - the effect is the same. What could be the cause of the breakdown and is it possible to fix it yourself?

After disassembly and assembly, another error Bad Date/Time appeared, and the BIOS has an incorrect date and time (see photo). I tried to clear the CMOS, load the default values in the BIOS - it doesn't help. I wiped the contacts of the processor and the two memory strips in J and K, after which the memory in slot K and L also disappeared. What else can be done? Please help me with some advice.

ASRock Rack had some issues with a BIOS chip vendor.
and some BMC version flash function can corrupt the BIOS
( depends on the BIOS chip vendor, chip must be in quad-mode by default )

What's the 'quad-mode'?
And do I need to flash/update my BIOS/BMC?

the chip has 4 IO pins. e.g. if supplied with 4 bit but in 2 bit mode the content gets corrupt.
good idea. latest BMC FW helped at my side, but i had to replace the BIOS chip (ME/SPS not responding after corrupt flash)
I returned the motherboard under warranty, 3-4 memory slots on one side of the second processor did not work. I bought the second one, there is no memory problem, but for some reason, the OCCT test shows WHEA errors related to the PCI-E bus. In the Event Viewer log it is in section System - WHEA Logger . What is the reason for this?
