Asrock Rack b650D4U Weird memory issue

Hello Guys,

I have 2 Kingston KSM56E46BD8KM-48HM modules they work both when inserted 1 at the time in slot B1
But when i try to use them both in doesnt matter wich slot i did try all of them the computer hangs and give error code C5.

There are no other pcie devices connected even did try to reseat the cpu also without result.
But when using 1 memory module the system functions good.

All firmware is updated to the latest one.
hope someone know if something needs to be changed in bios maybe cant find any information about it lowering frequency doesn't help.

the 2th and 4th Slot counted from the cpu socket

sounds like a CPU issue. clean lga contacts, check for bent pins of the socket.

Yes and also tried A2 + B2 with the same result with only 1 stick in B1 everything works fine
Can it then also be a CPU issue ?

sure, clean cpu lga golden pads, and check for bent pins of socket.

And damm your right did clean with alcohol pad and blow it with can of air and now it post with 2 sticks.

hi @marvine I just wanted to check if you can confirm that KSM56E46BD8KM-48HM is working with your B650d4u. I am having trouble finding ddr5 48GB ecc sticks. This is the only one I can source and I have the same board. It sounds like things are working for you now, but I would love for you to confirm
