Thanks for the in-Depth ReplyHere are my 2 cents, since I had some getting started troubles too.
In order to your Points:
As I said, I tried with the 2600X which according to the CPU Compatibility List was supported since forever basically.Any Ryzen cpu 2xxx, 3xxx or 5xxx except the G series.
This is probably the most likely Scenario: I installed 4 DIMMs of 16GB (2Rx8) directly, in all Blue and White Slots.2x DDR4 unbuffered Dimm (ecc or not) in the blue memory slots, I’ve tried 2x4GB, 2x8GB and 2x16GB
And now it could be 2 Issues ...
a) My Memory Speed (DDR4 PC4-2400T) is too high for the currently installed CPU (AMD 2600X, Pinnacle Ridge)
b) The BIOS/Memory Controller is failing to automatically scale down the RAM Frequency

I also tried for the last couple of Hours on a Dell U3011 with a Direct VGA Cable Connection on a VGA Port on the Monitor. Same Result.A real vga cable to monitor with vga input and selected on the d-sub port
I didn't try to add a Mouse (do we need thatReal mouse and keyboard usb in both usb ports.
Which is weird because somehow, for whatever Reason, it got an IP from my OPNSense DHCP Server. But it didn't communicate the hostname to the DHCP Server, thus I believe it was NOT in the OS.Nothing else, network connection only works once your OS is started.
That mostly I had happen on some Supermicro Motherboards or also ASUS Motherboards. They might do 2-3 Reboot Cycles whenever a new Memory is installed, until they find the "Sweet Spot" where they can run stable.sometimes it takes a while for memory and cpu configuration to settle down before starting
This ASRock, for all I can hear, didn't even reboot once. But then again somebody at ASRock was very smart and decided to save 50 cents on a Speaker/Buzzer ...
Could be, but also on the Dell U3011 with direct VGA Connection it failed.Maybe that’s too fast for vga - hdmi converters, also make sure if you use converters they vga to hdmi, not the other way around.
Heck I even tried with a PCIe Graphics Card installed in the x16 Slot to see if I could get ANYTHING out (this Time with an HDMI Cable directly connected to the PCIe Graphics Card Output). Nothing happened though ...
Disconnected PSU. Removed CMOS Battery. Shorted the Pads using a Screwdriver. Reinstall CMOS Battery. Reconnect PSU. Same Result.Turn off, remove battery, short the cmos pads as indicated on the user manual while the system is off. Wait a couple of minutes and put the battery back and connect power again to start.
Heck after a few Attempts I also decided to REPLACE the CMOS Battery because I saw in the Past that some Motherboards behave "weirdly" if the CMOS Battery is discharged too much. Same Result.
Thanks for all the Tips.
Right now my best guess would be the RAM / Memory Speed that is failing to downscale on this CPU apparently, when 4 Modules are installed (see Table & Colors above).
