I'm looking to replace existing Procurve 1800-24g with one with 2 or more SFP+. Mikrotik CSS326 looks to fit the bill. But I need 3 SFP+ ports.
Aruba has 1 with 4 SFP+ ports. Anyone has experience using and configuring it for VLANs setup? Good or bad.

I just bought one... I'm a bit underwhelmed. It can't do VLAN's over a LAG group for instance. The time sync is ether snmp or manual... I mean really? Other than that it's ok. no fan so that's nice.

You know I didn't think I would either, than comcast allocated 1.2 Gb to my cable modem and that cable modem supported LAG as the way to get that additional bandwidth down....

I have it working on my ICX-6450, but setting it up wasn't a lot of fun.

I went with the Aruba switch and just unboxed it.
Looked at the Brocade switch on eBay but they don’t come with license.

You get the licenses from this forum, it's an open license because they have EOL'ed the hardware.

I haven't had any incompatibility with dac cables, I'm using some generic one, I have also used the cable matter's from amazon. I've also used an ethernet adapter module with no issue as well.
