Are these (HPE) modules RDIMM or UDIMM?

Found these locally for sale but I can't identify if they're RDIMM or UDIMM. They're ECC though according to the seller.

Look like RDIMMs to me. The IC with all the registers appears to be on the reverse as you can see all the vias for it between the DRAM chips.

yeah post a pic of the other side to be sure. if there's an IC in the center that's not like the other RAM chips, then Registered for sure.

Pic isn't mine, it's from a local seller but the DIMMs are at his workplace.

You're also seldom (if ever, not sure) going to see UDIMMs with 36 chips per DIMM. Normally it's 9, 10, or 18.

Yeah that's what I figured, would have been nice for the price if they were UDIMMs though.
