Aplicata Quad M.2 NVMe SSD PCIe x8 Adapter

I just saw on Amazon and interesting solution to add M.2 NVME SSDs:
Aplicata Quad M.2 NVMe SSD PCIe x8 Adapter .

It looks like a similar solution of the Amfeltec quad M.2 squid card, but cost a couple hundred $ less.

Has anyone seen this card before?

The Dell card requires a motherboard with PCI-E bifurcation, which I don't have.
