I found 6 of these for ~600USD on ebay, which is good price for me.

Nevertheless there is huge problem with documentation I have. There are 2 versions, the main difference is in nominal output voltage
- AP8858 - this ranges from 100V to 240V
- AP8858NA3 - this is supposed to be 208V only

However, when I check closer on NA3 version, there is a label stating that this PDU ranges from 100V to 240V as well: https://i.ebayimg.com/images/g/lyIAAOSwme1btnOa/s-l1600.jpg

Does anyone has electrical understanding to explain me what is going on?

Thanks in advance

AFAIK the devices are aimed at different markets. The AP8858 is aimed at the wider world, where the NA3 version is aimed at the North American market. Both devices are inter-changeable mechanically and electrically, although they may possibly run different firmware to tailor them to their respective markets :)
