Anyone using the Netgear AV Line of Switches with actual audio/video use?

My church will soon be embarking on a pretty large remodeling project. Part of the project will include all new networking and I am looking at the Netgear 4350 series of AV switches. I was just wondering if people had first hand experience with them here as I am doing research on what would be appropriate for our situation.

Only with a single 4250 and ndi/dante, worked fine for the limited time we used it. Things changed and it's in storage now. If the 4350 were out when I did my network refit, I might have gone with that product. It is a little cheaper than the Extreme Networks I have now, and WAY easier to set up. The stacking is a bit slower than the Extreme, but probably would have been OK.

Yes. Watchout with the auto trunking/vlan feature. That is enabled by default on all ports and can really mess up your network when the switch thinks it's connected to another swith but in reality it's just a printer with two network ports.
In other occasions the vlan database gets wiped when you connect a existing system to another Netgear switch that has already vlans configured. One of the vlan database becomes 'master' and will transfer to the rest of the switches in the network, it's always the wrong way around.... If adding new switches, make sure they are factory reset.
If a rental company wants to tie into your (dante) network for a single event and they have also netgear stuff, make sure the ports on both sides are set to access in a single vlan.
