Any opinions - HP 400GB SSD

I saw this: HP MZ 5EA4000 0H3 400GB SATA 2 5" SSD Solid State Hard Drive 636458 003 | eBay
$240 for 400GB SAS HP SSD.

Seems to be a 3 gig drive but I'm not sure. I'm leaning 600 gig Intel 320.

It's just a samsung drive. you can look up the performance of the drive using google! Nothing to write home about!
