They sound pretty terrible:
They come with some features disabled which include absence of turbo boost, the memory controller only works with a maximum of DDR3-1066 and Hyper Threading is available. This comeS with a TDP of 130W.

The production hex cores @ 130W:
Intel® Xeon® Processor E5-2667
(15M Cache, 2.90 GHz, 8.00 GT/s Intel® QPI)
