Actual image of how the brisket is cooked.

Now can you tell us which CPU you used to cook? Intel or AMD?

I am sure it was Intel!

This message has been typed on a 3950x w/32GB of RAM, quietly cooled without breaking a sweat.

False, thats a CPU pinned locking mechanism AMDs the only one still doing that (also the FX CPU support kinda gives it away that its AMD :D ).
AMD is the better choice anyway get that slow burn going, Intels the flash fire type.

Your best bet is get that slow cooked goodness with AMD then do a quick char with the intel to get that nice blackened shell.
