AMD Instinct MI25 and Hyper-V DDA

Do people have the AMD Instinct ML25 GPU working with Hyper-V on a Server 2016 and/or 2019 host using DDA to pass GPU's to VM's (Windows 10)? I currently have a Grid K1 I'm using but was thinking of picking up an ML25 as it should support HEVC. My use case is for a few VM's as remote desktops and a Plex server in a VM. It seems like this should be supported but it's hard to confirm. Anything else I should know before I grab one of these?

I'm not much help with most of your question, but I don't believe AMD GPUs are currently "officially" supported with Plex.
