Hi guys,
i am wondering, if everything is ok when dell R7515 which is located in datacenter with intake temperature 23°C and idrac says that CPU temperature is 75°C.
It is running Esxi 6.7 latest build and stable. OS Load is about 10% by idrac.
But my Q is , are they designed for temperature that high almost idle? Max operating temperature by specsheet is 100°C.
I know its almost 300W TDP cpu, but i am little bit concerned because this is kind new experience ( Havent had any newer processors since haswell/broadwell, and they when had to with full load in DC didnt come more than 70°C)
Thanks
