I have a Dell PowerEdge R330 with PERC H330 card with two 2.5" HDDs already. The chassis I have is for 4X 3.5" hard drives. I picked up six 2.5" SSDs recently. How do add it to the system? What parts do I need?

Your system only actually supports 4 hot swap disks physically, no matter their physical size. A couple of short breakout cables and some teasing might find a way to shoehorn the extra disks in, but having had a peek at the internal layout of the chassis, I'm not sure it's doable :)
