is there any way to add additional sata or molex connector in the case?

Nope (unless something has changed). You will have to remove one of the molex connections from the backplane, then add a pass-thru splitter (like the ones linked).

alright. Thanks. any thing need to be noted? like not enough juice through just one molex?

I have no problem with my Supermicro chassis. Besides, the LSI controller does "stagger disk drive spin up".

What were you planning to run off it. I would expect that unless it is a video card I doubt it will have any effect. With an aggressive safety factor you are good for at least 144w/12A at 12v. More then enough for just about anything.
