I need realy fast HDD array and I was thinking about Adaptec 81605ZQ + 10x HDD 4Kn + 2x SSD for cache (S3710). A question is... it is possible to make such array with workable SSD caching. I know that this is not supported under LSI3108 (it does not officialy support 4Kn drives and SSD caching doesnt work with 4Kn HDD drives - I tried this and it realy doesnt work).
So Adaptec officaly support 4Kn drives and I think that it should work without any problems.
Is here anybody who actualy tried this before?
