been using the GS1910-24 version of this for a good year and a half, fantastic platform, had no issues, very much set-and-forget

I have a 1900-24e, it works just fine, but I am not impressed by the fact that you can not replace the SSL certificate used for the web service.
Granted it is a minor issue, but if that is any indication of their attention to security, it does not bode well.

I've been using their router, and have I believe that model in a box someplace to use too. I'm a fan of zyxel for the cost / features.

Keep in mind the power draw of managed switches, if you are coming from a smaller (size) un managed "generic" switch. ( and if power draw matters to your setup) -- ive been surprised to see 24+ port gig MANAGED switches pulling 60- 120w from the wall, with no load at all (i tested a 48port cisco - 120w and a 12 port dell - 60w both no load). Im not sure the draw on this swtich, but just something you might want to keep in mind / look up.

it seems nice that particular switch has ports to add fiber if ever you need that in the future. (most do, but not all)
