800,1600,3200gb 7mm 2.5” NVMe

Anybody know who would be making and enterprise (I think 3 DWPD or 1.3 DWPD not sure what I heard)
2.5” NVMe SSD at 7mm z-height in 800,1600,3200gb sizes ?

I know Samsung make single port 7mm NVMe in the PM963/SM963 range but they are different sizes, eg 960,1920,3840gb.

I would suspect it’s using Micron NAND.

Any idea or does it sound like a custom special and not a regular drive ?

Are you looking for a manufacturer who produces "2.5” NVMe SSD at 7mm z-height in 800,1600,3200gb"?

Edit: Seagate has some u.2 ssds with 800, 960 and 1600 gb capacity, but not 3200 gb

I am trying to find out who may be making the SSD’s that are in this vendors product, I don’t yet have the product in hand, it’s not released yet and I can’t say much more due to NDA.

Partially curiosity as nearly all u.2 drives I see are 15mm z-height. Also the sizes seem to indicate a higher write endurance than maybe I have been told.

I am guessing it’s a custom made drive rather than an off the shelf option.
