i expect the motherboards do not have same BIOS.
anyone who bought one may report here which BIOS(lottery) he got ?

afaik for 14th gen F2 BIOS is required.

It didn’t come with a cpu cooler. But I did order an LGA 1700 stock cooler. I’m currently using an intel universal type cooler. I’ll try it tomorrow when I get it in. Maybe go ahead and pick up an 12500 too. This thing looks brand new. So there’s got to be something I’m doing wrong. The only thing Ive done was change out the original cpu lock down with a Grizzly Contact Frame so the motherboard didn’t bend. So I uninstalled my GPU, tried one 16gb ram stick and cleared the CMOS. Connected to the display port still no post. I’m going to have to try a different CPU.
